I am grateful for my thoughts when I opened my eyes this morning.  I'm alive and I've been given another chance at life!  The fact that I can look at my finger and think that I want that finger to move.... and then it just moves, almost like magic.  I'm super grateful for this connection between my mind and body that allows me to follow my dreams.  I feel very grateful that I've woken up every day of my life with this connection.

I am grateful I made it to another day and I get to send this email again. I couldn't sleep last night thinking about how lucky I am to be healthy in all aspects. SO many things could have gone wrong over the past 26 years, but nothing ever did.

I am grateful for the dream as a small girl to have picked my late husband Jere D Pessin.

He was my fantasy love who taught me how to love myself. Today Jere would have been 70 with me. I was so excited for him to reach me because 70 Rocks.
