I'm grateful to feel like I'm getting younger everyday, for getting to work on time, and feeling prepared for my midterm today! 

Lukas
I am grateful for realizing when my body is telling me to take it easy.

Desiree
I'm grateful for challenges because they make me stronger.

Teddy
I'm grateful for getting stronger in controlling stress and worry in my mind. These are emotions that we allow to enter our minds, and all we need to do is look at situations with a different perspective and the stressful thoughts will go away!
