Friday Gratefulness

I am grateful for so many things. I'm grateful for the coordination between my brain and all the nerves and muscles in my body that allow me to do all of the little things with no effort.  Like typing out this email, unlocking the door to my apartment, turning the page in the book I'm reading, chopping vegetables, and so much more.

I am grateful for patience.  My zen of the day today: For every minute you are angry, you lose sixty seconds of happiness.
